Hi everyone! Today I started personal training sessions and although I was dreading it, I actually enjoyed it and I am determined to stick with it this time. I cannot keep going around in this vicious cycle. I need to be the me I have always wanted to be but never made it. My fear is that as soon as it gets too hard I will quit, because thats usually what I do. I've learnt to be a quitter and a failure throughout my life but I cannot do it anymore, things need to change, I need to change. So I am hoping I can get lots of advice and tips as well as lots of encouragement to keep motivated. I'm looking at simple things to change in my diet so that I don't get overwhelmed. Usually I can't decide what to eat as a proper meal so I just grab some crisps or chocolate whatever is easy. right now I'm thinking what can I have for lunch that is good?
