I'll be totally honest and admit that I'm uncertain about my re-appearance here, I last posted around 2 years ago when I managed to achieve some success with losing weight and being more active. Unfortunately I then stopped logging on and returned to my starting weight plus a bit. Something needs to change and I'm hoping that reading posts here will help to motivate me and awaken my drive to eat healthier meals and start to move a little more. I always found that posting my weight on a weekly basis started my week off on the right track, so on Monday I plan to post my starting weight. Don't ask why I'm going to wait until Monday, it was just a roroutine that worked for me last time. Here we go again.
