Blast from the Past

I'll be totally honest and admit that I'm uncertain about my re-appearance here, I last posted around 2 years ago when I managed to achieve some success with losing weight and being more active. Unfortunately I then stopped logging on and returned to my starting weight plus a bit. Something needs to change and I'm hoping that reading posts here will help to motivate me and awaken my drive to eat healthier meals and start to move a little more. I always found that posting my weight on a weekly basis started my week off on the right track, so on Monday I plan to post my starting weight. Don't ask why I'm going to wait until Monday, it was just a roroutine that worked for me last time. Here we go again.

  • hi and welcome back to the forum mrsg3 a few things have changed since you were last here :) I would like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out, or re-starting.

If you just post a few words on the September Newbie Club thread to introduce yourself and respond to others there you will soon feel part of the club.

Please read all the information carefully, it is very useful and can be referred to whenever you want to check something.

It just remains for me to wish you well on your journey
