Hi everyone, i'm 45 and disabled and about twice the weight I should be. I don't know where to start with my healthier lifestyle journey ( hopefully not calling it the dreaded D word will help). I'm extremely limited mobility wise and very restricted food wise. Any help would be gratefully received. I'm hoping joining and reading other peoples journeys will help and inspire my own.
