Hi. I'm Dennis, just joined today and want to lose between 3-4 stone over the next 12-18 months if possible. I've started walking between 8,000 and 10,000 steps per day and plan to cycle 50 miles per week. Running is out of the question due to knee problems. I need to address my diet. Any good suggestions to get me going?

WOW - WELL DONE for all your walking! Keep it up!
My advice is to keep it simple by choosing as much as possible mainly plant-based, wholefoods. (fresh veg, fruit, whole grains, nuts, seeds, pulses and healthy natural fats like olive oil and some lean animal protein like fish/chicken/eggs etc).
With plant based wholefoods you can't go far wrong because they will help to regulate your hunger hormones, nourish you, are generally less calorific and are simply much better for you all around than processed foods!
Best of luck to you!
Oh well done for joining. I only joined this week too, have 2 stone to lose so let's go for it. We CAN do it !! We know we will feel and look so much better. Good luck x
