Another half a kilo - is this why?

Despite easing up on the calorie intake - now between 1300 & 1600 daily - another half a kilo has gone since my last weigh a week ago. For physical reasons my opportunities are few for exercise. What I have been strict about is absolutely no snacking between meals. If I get the urge I find a glass of water seems to dispel it.

That's excellent, glad it's going in the right direction! Snacking is definitely a pitfall for me as well.

Well clearly you are doing something right! I think cutting out the snacking is a very good way to (1) reduce calorie intake and (2) wean your body off needing to be fed as often!

Drinking water in place of snacking is a great idea too as keeping the body hydrated is essential for successful weight loss. In fact, I'm off to grab a pint of water as I haven't done much water drinking today.... :D
