I haven't posted in a while , in fact ages!! I started my journey in the summer , whilst off work for 5 weeks . I had all the time in the world, I was relaxed, had time to reflect , time to plan & time to shop - life was positive BUT then my 5 weeks were gone & it was back to reality & that is when I quickly started reverting back to my not so old ways .
Rushing around, work, kids, housework, taxi service , appointments, deadlines .......& in all of this I have yet again forgotten to take care of ME & am at the bottom of a long list. With this comes grabbing food on the go , eating lunch at my work desk , not thinking about what I am eating & feeling fed up with myself.
Last night I had the best night sleep I have had in weeks & today is the 1st day in weeks that I have nothing planned . So today I look to get back on track , read others posts & get inspired .
