Well & truly off track

Well & truly off track

I haven't posted in a while , in fact ages!! I started my journey in the summer , whilst off work for 5 weeks . I had all the time in the world, I was relaxed, had time to reflect , time to plan & time to shop - life was positive BUT then my 5 weeks were gone & it was back to reality & that is when I quickly started reverting back to my not so old ways .

Rushing around, work, kids, housework, taxi service , appointments, deadlines .......& in all of this I have yet again forgotten to take care of ME & am at the bottom of a long list. With this comes grabbing food on the go , eating lunch at my work desk , not thinking about what I am eating & feeling fed up with myself.

Last night I had the best night sleep I have had in weeks & today is the 1st day in weeks that I have nothing planned . So today I look to get back on track , read others posts & get inspired .

Welcome back Sld72.

That's one hectic life and it can't be easy to move yourself up that list even though you've got to. I'll only be saying something that I suspect you know and that is, the more you look after yourself, then the better you'll find yourself able to cope with the rest of that list.

Maybe try the Daily Diary. If you find the time for that, then it might lead you to making decisions on how you can achieve your menu.

Good luck!

Welcome back Sld72 sounds like life has been hectic and you need to take bit of time out for you every day - hard I know :)

Why don't you join our Newbie Club, here's the link for you :) If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice

I've also given you a week 1 badge.

Wishing you all the best :)
