Hello everyone!

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I am trying lose at least 3 stone, I went to the doctors recently and told I was very overweight and need to start losing some weight. I am a very inactive person and do very minimal exercise every week, I am starting to watch what I eat and counting calories but are there any tips on how I could start doing more exercise? I am asthmatic if this also helps. Thankyou!

  • Hi Nicola_Paige17 and welcome to the weight loss forum.

    I started off my exercise plan by walking and increased the spreed and amount of steps I did over time, so that may be a good exercise to start with and may not set your asthma off.
