Weight Lose

I am 70 and well overweight, a while ago i was 13 stone 7lbs, now i'm 15 stone 8. i had a heart attack 5 years ago, and when i had the heart attack i was training at gym, so my problem is to be wary. I have a bike of which i use sometimes on good days, and i do walk, i have another problem of which i'm try to control, and that is eating late at night, which i know is bad.

Sorry to hear about your heart attack and I hope you are recovering well now. Eating late at night is a bad habit to get into. The trick that works for me is saying the kitchen is closed by 7pm and I can only have a drink after that time.
