I am a starter in weightloss plan..I am addicted to tea with 2 spoon full sugar before and i now i replaced it with tea without sugar and with skimmed milk ( 100 ml ).
I am wondering how much my tea provides in kcal ? as it just has milk ( 100 ml= 35 KCal ) and tea powder and water!
I assume it around 40KCal..! and think not a bad calculation!
Anyone who can comment on my estimation are heartly welcome!
I became truly aware of the kCal offered by foods especially sugars, which I hope will definitely help in lossing weight..Also learned to keep to have an eye on the quantity we eat..
I know, there is lots more to go in this journey , and looking positive forward

Well done for giving up the sugar in your tea. I'm sure you'll find that has the effect of reducing your cravings for sweet stuff. I would say stick to whole milk in your tea and each cup would average about 45 cals.
