Are you wanting to lose weight for a big event? Good luck, I know this kind of diet isn't sustainable but it can work for people to lose a bit for a big day

Glad you're off of orlistat, 600 calories a day is the equivalent of a VLCD which usually has a personal councillor to keep a check on you. Please take good care of yourself and maybe consider the 12 week plan going forward? Do you have much to look lose?

If fat isn't the issue then cutting back on carbs may help. I wouldn't recommend such a low calorie diet though.
