Good afternoon! Thought I would post before my walk! Today was albran, milk and apricots for breakfast- 250 calories. Smoked haddock macaroni cheese for lunch - calorie counted by Sainsbury's at 350 per portion - very filling! Slice of sourdough bread 50Gr but haven't checked the calories yet! Handful of macadamia nuts - 75. Not sure what I will have for tea but it looks as if I have a reasonable allowance. Hey ho.
