Some things are going well. I feel as though I'm making some progress. I've done loads of exercise (apart from today, but that's because work has been full on). I've eaten really healthily but have a slightly gnawing hunger in my belly, I need to make sure I eat enough without giving in to emotional eating. Going food shopping now and I know that's a temptation trap for me. Planning to buy myself a magazine or beauty treat if I succeed in not buying an unhealthy snack to fill my belly.

I never dare shop when I'm hungry, it's too risky!!
