Need to lose weight for many reasons

hi my names Kim I'm 59 weigh 90kg and height 5ft 5 I've got high cholesterol which i need to lower as its been between 8.1 and 7.8 I'm on statins to help but my weight is getting worst I'm getting married in summer of 2018 for my 60th so not only for sake of my health i want to lose weight for my wedding to my job means i more often then no i don't get home till 8pm at night and I've had nothing to eat all day so I'm eating at bad times and eating things which arnt always healthy 😞

Hi and welcome Kim, not eating all day is not good for you - hopefully you can grab a banana or some yogurt and fruit in the mornings before heading out the door and take a packed lunch with you.

Hi kimono321 and welcome.

I joined here in Jan of this year and my eating habits were identical to yours, in that I never used to eat all day and only eat in the evening.

Changing to eating three times a day has made a considerable difference to helping me manage my food intake. I don't have fatigue crashes and it has reduced the likelihood of me bingeing in the evening.

hi tigger thank you for your feed back that's great inspiration i know if i put my mind to it i can do it i did it about ten yrs ago on weight watchers today seeing ive put on another half a kg in couple months was the kick i needed to say you got to get motivated and do something take care and all the best X
