Hi, I have just joined and hoping to lose weight, I have started diets so many times, and I stay on them for about a week, and just fall off the wayside, plus, I morn for the sweet pudding, fruit just doesn't give the same effect for a pudding with my lunch and tea, everyday. I find myself getting hungry and irritable. I don't put extra weight on eating my normal way as I generally don't overeat, or snack much in between meals. I need to lose about 6 stone to be a healthy weight, my husband needs to lose weight too, we try to diet together but we both have the same problem with diets. I do worry a bit as I have a few health issues, sciatica and high blood pressure being two of them, which I know would benefit from weight loss. It is so frustrating.
