Hi everyone

After four weeks of calorie counting and have not been much active,I have managed to lose just 11 pounds, which is five kilograms

It is ok but I am not that happy because I know if I was more active I could have lost a lot more but now no regrets

Just looking forward for the next four weeks

Hopefully will be better

And well done πŸ‘ to everyone here and good luck next week

I disagree Hoodan and 11 lbs is a perfect rate of fat loss, very well done! That's an excellent achievement 😊 Remember, weight loss is more about what you eat (and don't eat) than exercise, which is very beneficial in many ways but not for weight loss.

Best wishes

Anna

Ooh yes you are right

It is just I am very impatient person and in the past I done calorie controlled and exercise the same time and lost weight quickly.

I gained weight when I have my kid again and I don't have much time to do exercise

But thanks a lot for the words that will encourage me

The weight didn't go on in a month! Take your time.. this is healthy eating for life!

5 kg is great!! You should be proud!!

It takes a while to reach the results you want and sometimes is frustrating waiting to see them. But don't give up!!

And if you think increasing exercise would help or at least make you feel less guilty, just plan lots of exercise/activity for the next weeks.

Stay strong :)

Yes I will try my best

Thank you 😊

I don't think exercise would have made any noticeable difference Hoodan , maybe just made you feel better. In most people's experience, weight loss is more than 90% healthy eating and less than 10% exercise. There are lots of people on this forum who can't exercise due to various mobility problems (check out Pineapple, she is an inspiration!) and they have still lost weight through healthy eating alone. My weight loss is very slow, and I would be ecstatic if I could have lost just half of what you have in four weeks! Hang on in there, you're doing fine!
