I've lost over 2 stone, I do zumba 5-6 times a week & eat properly. But my scales tell me I've put on 4lbs since last Friday....??? Even if I was building muscle...4lbs ?!
They're new scales & I used a spirit level to make sure I put them in a good place.
Maybe I need to add another, different type of exercise to my routine ? I shan't give up, but I just feel disheartened
