Just posting another update on my weight loss journey, and the ways I've been experimenting with my diet. I wasn't able to post earlier, because thee electric was out. 😥
Anywho! So, this week I had 3 meals a day. I ate these between 12pm-4pm. As with previous weeks, I had 1,700-2,000 calories per day, sometimes above 2,000 calories though! 😀 I had a Ting can earlier in the week, and ¼ of a Bounty bar. 😝 I'm glad it didn't negatively impact my weight loss, though.
I exercised a little differently. I exercised 3 times a day, for 15 minutes each time. That's 45 minutes. I don't do HIIT, because I'm not ready for that yet. How do people do that? 😓
Plenty of carbs as usual. No mashed potatoes! But loads white rice. 😈🍚
This is my typical daily meal.
Breakfast: LOTS of cornflakes, which I repeatedly top up. A little sugar, maybe 3 teaspoons. I'd estimate about 400-600 cal.
Lunch: Chicken wraps. I usually have chicken in the house that I use, and tortilla wraps. I use relish, and add some of my mother's salad. I also have fruit with this, usually purple grapes or bananas. 400-500 cal.
Dinner: Tomato Mackerel and rice. Sometimes a pattie with it. 700-900 cal, depending on how I want it.
As you can see, I like having 3 big meals. Snacks require too much maths for me. No thank you!
Drinks: 1 litre flavoured sugarless sparkling water. They sell them in Tesco, Morrison's, and Sainsbury's for about 45-50p. Sometimes you can get a pack of 4 1 litre bottles for £1.50p. I also drink water, and fruit juices.
Okay, as for my weight:
Last week I was 283.6lbs.
This week I am 280lbs.
That's a loss of 3.6lbs.
I hope to get into the 270s next week, but here's the exciting part. On my old Weight Watchers scales, it says I'm 20st 0¼lbs. I may be out of the 20s by next week. Fingers crossed!
