Decision on exercise

Hey guys although my job is physically demanding and always on the go whether its putting away deliveries or on till its great as I am back and forth on my feet but decided to take other exercises optional. If I am on early shifts I now do yoga evening before and my late shifts I throw in Zumba both at home but better as I fit routines in before work or after work as well as at work. not weighed in last 4 weeks go next week but came off wagon 3 days ago as was my partners birthday and just gorged on junk and a takeaway. but hopefully extra routines plus physical demanded job works wonders. Will keep u all posted last weigh in I was down to -13lbs as 1st weigh in back Ilaost 8lb then 5lb 4 weeks ago. hoping that with it being 5 weeks next week will have a biggish loss but not overly massive

Well done on upping your exercise

I am a bit confused with your weighs tho

What was your starting weight and what do you weigh now? Have you thought about joining one of our weigh in's? Just choose a day and post and the thread is posted in the events section :)

You are lucky Icandothis2017-2018 , that your job is physically demanding! You get to burn off lots of calories while at it including the extra excercise. To lose the weight, you have to closely watch and monitor your calorie intake too. It's always said we can't out train a bad diet. All the best!
