Sooo... I got on the scales today after a week of not touching them, and realised that I've lost 3kg (about half a stone). I'm feeling awesome and have a gp appointment in a bit about my back, so hopefully today is the start of something good. I started counting calories today, there's an amazing app to do it, if you don't know it already: it's called Lose It.
We can do this. Just keep at it!
