Hi all, I stumbled upon this forum whilst looking up my BMI on the nhs site. I am in the midst of loosing weight, currently 16kgs down since June, but I have been using a phone app to count my Kcals. I am currently sticking to or below 1650 kcals per day with an aim to eat more protein than carbs but Im not very successful at that
Is it ok to use these forums without following the 12 step diet? Its probably similar given everyones talking about kcals but my computer is on go slow atm so I haven't been able to read through it.
guess I am just looking for some encouragement and somewhere to share my yayyy and my booo moments.
