First day, first step. Found the NHS 12 week plan and realised that those 'couple of extra pounds' now totted up to one and a half stone. Horrified! How did that happen? I know the answer (overeating and under exercising) and hope the 12 week plan will be the solution. I have a wedding to go to in 13 weeks, on the beach in Australia, so hope that will help to motivate me. Otherwise the only thing that will fit me is the hat!
