Back on track

I haven't been on here for a while and my exercises have been put on hold, as I have been very busy with child minding duties which I love wiped me out, but I'm now in the right frame of mind to concentrate on myself so I have started back on the treadmill with arms and stomache exercises and the 4minute yoga flow exercises of a morning to get me moving.
