Breakfast. Alpen sugar free and blueberries. Have to say managed to read more of my book as took longer than 3slices of toast to eat. Lol
Lunch. Steak and onion sandwich. Yum ate with knife and fork. Steak sliced on one piece of bread with mustard on and one slice with cook onion on. Was very nom nom. Good start just need to carryon as off out for a meal to night but am going to make healthy choices!
