I started slimming world in April and have lost 3 st 2.5lbs and I'm finally beginning to notice and feel differently. I lost 2lbs today.

I can't believe that I waited so long to take charge of my own health.

  • Hi! I don't count calories, just all healthy low cal meals. I haven't made it to the gym just yet. Lost a stone so far but it's stalling so I need a new approach. Good luck to you.
