Going down slowly, but 2k this week. I ate less and walked more. Unfortunately I also had a cold and cough.

Well done on your loss - sorry to hear about the cold and cough - can really make you feel miserable

2kg is a wonderful result, well done you. And with a nasty summer cold to boot. My generation was always told to 'feed a cold and starve a fever.' Consequently, even if I'm not hungry with the sniffles, I feel I have a license to eat what I fancy. In my book that makes your weight loss even more impressive.

Have you run 2kilometres or lost 2 kilograms crothinner ? That is quite a lot of weight, rather too much actually 😕
