How do you make sure you drink enough water and how do you flavourtite it?

I don't usually drink enough water, I either forget and just don't feel like drinking, I have tried flavouring it with mint of lemon or tea but it is not great, I like it when I put BCAA in it but I am not sure how healthy it is if I don't train but it can be a bit expensive. I would like to know how do you do it and how you flavor your water?

I drink hot water instead of coffee / tea when I am at work and am amazed how much I can drink of it while just sipping at my desk :)

Occasionally I will put a squirt of fresh lemon or lime in it

I just put a bit of robinson's squash in, only a smidge though.

I have a litre bottle every day at work and set myself little goals... one in the morning before lunch and one in the afternoon before I finish. I add a touch of diluting juice to add flavour. Hope that helps x

Tend to have a glass or bottle on the go all of the time.

I flavour with lemon, mint, cucumber, lime etc. Actually I really like just water from the tap.

I am not a water fan either but reading you post has prompted me to increase again. I would have a bottle sitting on my bench and would make sure it was drunk before the evening. Also, someone put me onto green tea which I am trying to have at least 3 to 4 cups a day, though this week have been very slack.

I keep a couple of 750ml sports bottles in the fridge as I much prefer water either properly cold or properly hot! I aim to drink the whole of one of those bottles each day because I will also have drinks of tea (normal, fruit and herb). I always start the day with a full class of water which is actually nearly a third of it and then keep the bottle with me and just sip at it during the day.

I did once make a New Year's resolution to drink 1 1/2 litres every day. It made me 'slosh' a bit and was a real challenge at first but I got used to it. I think it's one of those things to perservere with but try hot/cold/a smidge of squash in it.
