I am so confused. What is safe to eat? I just watched a documentary on Netflix that basically says all our food is riddled with hormones, dioxines, pesticides, bacteria, pus, the list is endless. So I ask what is safe to eat because apparently chicken and fish is bad not to mention meat and eggs. Carbohydrates are good eaten in moderation but even if you purchase the organic variety, you can't be sure chemicals emitted from the chimneys of the nearby factories have not deposited harmful chemicals on all plants and livestock. I would be grateful if you could tell me what is safe to eat to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle, so I don't end up with diabetes, cancer, dementia, arthritis, you get the drift.
