Hi everyone!

I am doing high fat, low carbs, unless I exercise and then I eat some carbs to help my body recover. I have decided to not weigh myself for 4 weeks...and my weigh in day is going to be tomorrow eeeek! I have taken measurements etc when I started but I don't think I have changed...I will be gutted if I don't lose some weight/inches but will try and keep on it! I am hoping for 4 lbs loss...1 lb for each week. Silly really but very nervous!

  • I will see how the weigh in tomorrow goes and may revert to going back to weekly if not much change lol

  • Good luck! I hope the scales go the way you want (down) and the tape measure shows a shrinkage.

    I also think you're very brave only weighing every 4 weeks! I don't think I could do it, I'd get too worried and weigh early. :)
