I'm a retired man, weighing 17½ stone. I've never been sporty, though tried to walk a lot. Osteoarthritis has slowed me down, too.
My last 'successful' slimming plan was 30 years ago, known as the "Airforce Diet" - one that is (and was) regarded with suspicion, yet it worked for me then. Weight has increased over recent years, and a family history of heart problems means I need to take weight-loss seriously.
