Hello everyone. Why am I here? I love food. However, I don't want to waddle when I walk and I would prefer it that my feet don't ache so much after walking.
So, once again AND FOR THE LAST TIME, I will lose the weight I need to stay out of Type II diabetes (runs in the family) and so that I can enjoy longer walks with my boyfriend.
I started at the beginning of June and have lost 13 lbs. I am following the Slimming World Healthy Eating programme as it works for me. I need to rethink my attitude to food so that I don't put it all back on AGAIN.
Hoping that writing down my thoughts on here will make me see things better.
