Busy MOM!!

Hey Guys! I'm a busy working MOM of 4 kiddos.. I am working online and spend most of my free time sitting in front of my computer and working. I am not that big, but sad part is I can see my tummy getting bigger each day.. I want to exercise but mostly I can't find a time to do so. I am on the process of searching for alternative way to shape up. Any suggestions?? Thanks..

You could try taking a 5 minute break every hour and doing some stair climbing, brisk walking, dancing, cycling etc whatever exercise you enjoy 😊

But remember the main thing is to watch what you eat 😊 I hope you've had time to read the suggestions I gave you on Thursday 😊

Best wishes

Anna

Hi Nushape , I always felt like I didn't have time to exercise either, but now I make a point for ten minutes every morning to do wii dance with my youngest. We do it together for the fun before breakfast, so I feel all day more like I've got off to a good star - I try to go into days with at least 1000 steps on my tracker, and it sets me up for good decisions the rest of the day, like walking laps when I'm stuck on the phone. It's not as intense as going to thy gym, but it's probably a 50% increase on my activity - so worth trying. Good luck!
