Introducing myself and why I have joined.

Hello. My name is Jenny, 10 weeks ago today I gave birth to a little girl Chloe, by C-Section. She already has 2 older brothers so I decided to be sterilised at the same time. knowing she would be my last I took advantage and ate far too much. I am now in a situation where I have 2 stone to lose. I have a stomoch pouch that over hangs my scar and I have a tendency to comfort eat. My husband is a lorry driver so is in bed early each night so I sit alone trying to resist temptation and boredom.

I have already lost 1 stone 4lb but today I have gained so I need some encouragement x

Congratulations on the birth of your baby girl, how lovely

You will find lots of support and advice here and are never on your own, as we are all going through the same journey.

First of all check out how many calories you should be eating by using the nhs bmi calculator. There are also alot of things to get yourself involved with eg The Daily Diary and we also have a daily weigh in.

When i gave birth to my first child i managed to put on a shocking 6 stone which took me ages to lose.

I have tagged YellowRose55 for you, who is one of the administrators for this forum and won't be back on here until the morning now, and will be able to give you lots more advice.
