A Very Big Thank You

To all you lovely people who responded so positively to my post yesterday when I announced that I had reached my weight loss target. My weigh -in day is Sunday and I will continue to weigh in for a while yet - just to make sure I can keep the weight off but I will soon be joining the 'Maintainers'. I would like to be within my target weight plus or minus 2 lbs at Christmas. Now that would really be an achievement. Daisy1925

That's just great Daisy. So exciting fir you. What a wonderful achievement. All of us still struggling know jolly well how big an effort it is to lose those pounds. Now we have the joy of knowing that yes, it CAN be done! Enjoy being the 'new you'.
