Let's do this!

Been logging my meals now on my fitness pal for a while, I've decided I'm going to try walking to school with the kids 2-3 times a week or as frequent as possible. I have redone my bmi on the NHS site and change my activity level so my calories alter with it.

So fair I'be lost just over 2 1/2lbs which has motivated me even more now. I did decided to rejoin slimming world but I'm not following there plan so to speak as I prefer my fitness pal app. I'm doing it more so for the rewards (certificates) again this will motivate me more.

I found going slimming world I'm meeting new people and building friendships, hoping to star c25k with a fellow slimming world member which I'm excited about (as I'd love to do a run for Dementia UK)

Thanks for everyone's support on here, I don't look on here often but when I do I love reading motivational comments. I've also found the forums on my fitness pal very helpful and members are so great at patting you on the back which is lovely.
