My first week of diet and exercise I lost 6.5 pounds 👍🏻

Hi,

Joined the gym after researching on the internet a work out for weight loss. I run down to the gym which is around 1.5 miles. Determined to drop 2 stone before my holiday in mid September x

That is a great effort. Unfortunately, I dont live near a gym but I do have a crosstrainer which I read is an okay all rounder. Should dust it off and start using it again:) Good luck with your second week and with the weight loss before your hols:))
