Trousers falling down

I love graphs, I've said it before, but they are so good at quickly demonstrating things.

When I started 6 weeks ago my belly was 111cms (43.5"), it's now down to 102cms (40"). Luckily I have a few belts to keep my trousers up as I'd started to look like a youth, with my boxers showing all the time!

I try to measure myself every day, but at minimum once per week.

It makes you feel good doesn't it. Well done and keep up the good work.🏆

You'll soon start feeling like a youth, not just looking like one.
