Hey guys, I hope you have had a lovely Saturday and burned those extra calories. This is dinner for today: cauliflower cheese grills, grated beetroot, carrots (2 raw and chopped) and some tartare sauce. I thought I'd post this as part of my fridge/freezer roulette phase. Tomorrow I will be cooking a lasagne for the week as I'm back to work and having naughty steak and chips (so I better be good tomorrow).
Today me and my husband went on a walk and I felt cranky and emotional all day. This evening I finally got some time to do some exercise and felt so much better afterwards! Does anyone else get this?
