Steady progress

Hello. I am really excited to say I have now lost another half stone, making one and a half overall. May I have a new badge? That would be lovely.

For those frustrated by slow loss it may be encouraging to learn that my losses work out at about one pound per month. Not exactly dynamic, but - hey - I am getting there! I am aiming to lose another half stone before the end of the year. Then I will just see how I feel. Maybe just 'stay the same' after that. Good luck everyone. Sheila
