Hit that wall AGAIN!!!!

Hi All,

Yes I'm back again.....never went away really 💋

So guess what, once again I have relapsed into my old ways too much & put on 1/2 stone !!!!! Now over 10 stone once more....

And feeling really fed up and don't know how to get motivated again 🙃 Any tips? Ideas? Guidance appreciated

We have all been there, it's tough isn't it keeping the weight off? I have a couple of suggestions, firstly joining the Daily Diary for day to day meal support. And secondly the Maintainers club, which post once a month and helps with this most difficult stage of your journey
