It's been a while since I've posted! I am still on the healthy eating though 😄 but I am out and about today, which I know can be difficult sometimes so thought I would share my diary!
Breakfast: The Collective Scottish raspberry yogurt (195 cals) and a banana (90 cals)
Lunch: Simple salad bowl from Tesco (24 cal) pimped up with 30ml Caesar dressing (130) and some croutons (130)
Snack: Tesco crunchy apple slices (130). I love these so am going to try and make some myself that will be a bit healthier!
Dinner: Beetroot and goats cheese bake (126) with some quorn pieces (75) for protein, couscous (130) and either salad/broccoli
Exercise: 1 hour Legs, Bums & Tums class at the gym
Post workout snack: fat free Greek yogurt (70) with a hot chocolate sachet (40)

Be careful of the ingredients in your choices, just in the apple slices, the yoghurts and the hot chocolate sachet, you're consuming the equivalent of nearly 9 tsps sugar!
Thanks, I will do that! Yes - I was concerned myself about the sugar, but as I had to pick up breakfast and lunch in shops today rather than making my own they were the best I could find. Hopefully my exercise class will work as damage limitation, and tomorrow will be a cleaner day

An apple, rather than the apple slices, would make a big difference and not buying low-fat products, that tend to have extra sugar, to make them taste good
