It sounds like you are pretty similar to the problems I had when I first joined. I found out on here that because I used to only eat around 1000 calories a day because I was always desperate to lose weight this was why I was never losing weight. I was informed that I needed to check out my calorie intake through the NHS bmi calculator as this gives you amounts you should eat between to be able to lose weight. You shouldn't eat below this amount as your body thinks you are starving it and turns what you do eat into body fat and this weighs more than eating the extra calories does so means you do end up staying the same or putting weight on. I have now upped my calories to the amounts advised and lost 2st. Please don't also make this mistake. Good luck with your journey.
