First weigh in

Umm, a little shell shocked this morning!!!

After enjoying the support of this wonderful group all week, counting my calories, ( 1400 - 1800 a day ) doing a little bit of exercise ( not as much as l would like, but have exams and assignments to hand in!!!) I appear to have lost 5lb !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Woweee! That's very good! Keep it up and you'll be in the 15's next week!

    Although counting calories is rather time consuming, it works! Also, if you've gone over calories for some reason and there is a gain, at least you know what has caused it.

    Hope that you have another good week... and just keep doing what you are doing!
