1st Target achieved!

My first weight loss target was to lose 6lbs in total (trying not to restrict myself to specific dates in case I fail and return to comfort eating) and in the last 2 weeks i have lost 7lbs! (this may be due to weighing myself after a day of eating and drinking so I may have had the wrong weight to begin with) never the less I have lost weight and gave myself a pat on the back with a stilton and bacon scone... anybody have any tips on rewarding yourself without using food?

Brilliant well done.

Jump up and down shouting hooray makes you feel good expresses your joy and excercise not food.

Well done, Jess, that's a great result and your new badge looks terrific! :)

I've always found the weight loss to be enough of a reward for me and it's hard to say what would float your boat?? New clothes, day out, pamper goodies, make-up, perfume, jewelry? Take your pick, there's any number of things :)

Well done and Congratulations! :)

I always like the feeling of being able to fit back into old clothes that I had "grown" out of. :D
