I have been on a weight rollercoaster for the last 34 years. I have tried every slimming club going and generally do well but then lose inspiration and go back to the same old eating habits. I comfort eat & have depression which makes it difficult to be bothered to prepare healthy food at times. I now have other health conditions which will definitely be helped by weight loss but feel so fatigued it's difficult to get going. There's so much going on in my life right now it's a struggle to do anything healthy, but I do want to do something and that's why I'm here. I seem to do better when I'm not doing it alone, so hopefully you can keep me on track.
