I was just browsing InSite at work and came across this. I have recently given up SW as I was getting fed up of being controlled by syn values ha ha as well as paying £5 for no reason in my eyes. I have a whopping 100kg to lose so thought I would give this a go. I have lost 5 stone over the past few years through various diets and by increasing my activity level.
Over the past few weeks I have gotten back into swimming and swim 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes. Hopefully this will give me a boost! My main down fall is that glass of wine at the end of the day but that is a work in progress also
