I was excited with my weigh in. Lost 5lbs. Be aware it could've included last Sunday. But very pleased.
Still limping around with my leg, but didn't stop me cycling. Not allowed rowing, because it involves kneeling and carrying heavy boats, but got the okay to do leisure cycling. My knee felt better cycling to be honest.
I'll continue to be good this week, and hopefully back rowing Thursday.
