Coming to the end of 2 weeks off work and I so don't want to go back.
An update to those who saw my post on last weeks Sunday weigh in, my grandad is still in hospital. He has Parkinson's and had a fall almost 3 weeks ago and hasn't eaten since, diagnosed with a chest infection and pneumonia but they're getting antibiotics in him via and drip as well as food as he's nil by mouth and weight plummeted to 6st 9lbs so we're taking it day by day but he's making progress.
Anyway back to my diet. I'm currently doing a diploma on nutrition and I'm learning so much about the benefits foods have, things I already knew but feel like I'm paying more attention now so it's making it easier to make the right choices.
And drumroll 🥁 the hubby is onboard with eating healthier 👍🏻 since his ME diagnosis he put on about a stone and a half putting him in an overweight category for the first time in his life. Since his disability means he can't exercise, he knows his weight loss will be purely dietary so in turn will make my journey that little bit easier 😊
