Hello everyone.Hope you have all had a good start to the weekend.I am feeling content with my first month of dieting and am pleased that I have lost 5 .1/2 lbs.I never seem to lose weight quickly and I know it isn't a lot but I am happy with it.Now getting down to the next month.
