Duck, duck, err.... Edamame

All the protein today. Chucking in a handful of edamame with every salad is a great way of boosting the protein portion of your macros.plus some quinoa and spinach in there too.

Made a really simple but effective dressing of sushi vinegar, soy, fish sauce, minced garlic, ginger and the juice of half a lemon that zinged this up a bit.
