Hi, Im new to this, I lose weight very quickly but the problem is, i put it straight back on...
I used to be a happy size 8-10 and weighed about 8st 5 years ago, but since going on the contraceptive implant 4 years ago i am now a size 12-14 and weigh around 11st, I really want to lose 2 stone to build my confidence back up! I am pear shaped so my legs and bum take all the weight but my belly isnt big!
Have you got any tips for this? I dont eat breakfast at the moment but planning to have a scrambled egg each morning... What do you all find easy and best to lose weight?
